    Terms of Service - Venue Owners

    Welcome to our partner program. By listing your venue on our platform, you agree to these terms.

    1. Partner Registration

    • You must provide valid business documentation
    • All information must be accurate and up-to-date
    • Business license and insurance documentation required
    • Account verification may take 2-5 business days
    • You must be legally authorized to operate your venue

    2. Partnership Tiers

    Level 1 - Basic

    • Standard listing visibility
    • Basic booking management
    • 15% platform commission

    Level 2 - Premium

    • Enhanced visibility and promotion
    • Advanced analytics dashboard
    • Priority customer support
    • 12% platform commission

    Level 3 - Elite

    • Maximum visibility and featured placement
    • Full analytics and insights
    • Dedicated account manager
    • User database access
    • 10% platform commission

    3. Venue Listing Requirements

    • All information must be accurate and current
    • High-quality photos required (minimum 5 images)
    • Complete facility and amenity descriptions
    • Accurate pricing and availability calendar
    • Update availability in real-time
    • Clear cancellation and refund policies

    4. Commission & Payments

    • Commission rates based on partnership tier
    • Payments processed within 3-5 business days after booking completion
    • Direct bank transfer or other approved methods
    • You are responsible for all applicable taxes
    • Monthly payment statements provided
    • Minimum payout threshold: $50

    5. Cancellation Policy (Owner Side)

    • Emergency Only: Owner cancellations should be extremely rare
    • User receives full refund if you cancel
    • Penalties apply for frequent cancellations:
      • 1st cancellation: Warning
      • 2nd cancellation: Account review
      • 3rd cancellation: Possible suspension
    • Must provide 24+ hours notice when possible
    • Valid reasons: facility damage, safety concerns, force majeure

    6. Owner Responsibilities

    • Maintain venue in safe and operational condition
    • Honor all confirmed bookings
    • Provide advertised amenities and facilities
    • Respond to user inquiries within 24 hours
    • Maintain required insurance coverage
    • Comply with all local laws and regulations
    • Handle customer service professionally
    • Keep pricing and availability updated

    7. Quality Standards

    • Maintain minimum 4.0-star rating
    • Respond to 90%+ of bookings within 24 hours
    • Accept at least 85% of booking requests
    • Keep cancellation rate below 2%
    • Regular facility maintenance and cleanliness
    • Failure to meet standards may result in tier downgrade or suspension

    8. Data & Privacy

    • Customer data provided for booking purposes only
    • Cannot contact customers outside the platform
    • Cannot use customer data for marketing without consent
    • Must protect customer privacy and information
    • Platform owns customer relationship

    9. Pricing & Modifications

    • You set your own pricing
    • Prices must be competitive and reasonable
    • Cannot charge different prices on/off platform
    • Price changes don't affect existing bookings
    • Special offers and promotions allowed

    10. Refund Responsibility

    • User cancellations per policy: Cost shared with platform
    • Owner cancellations: You bear full refund cost
    • Facility issues requiring cancellation: You bear cost
    • Force majeure events: Case-by-case evaluation

    11. Account Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

    • Violate these terms of service
    • Provide false or misleading information
    • Frequently cancel confirmed bookings
    • Fail to meet quality standards
    • Receive excessive user complaints
    • Engage in fraudulent activity
    • Attempt to circumvent platform fees

    12. Voluntary Account Closure

    • Provide 30 days notice before closing account
    • Complete all pending bookings
    • Settle all outstanding payments
    • Listing will be removed after notice period

    13. Liability & Insurance

    • You are responsible for venue safety and liability
    • Must maintain appropriate liability insurance
    • Platform is not liable for injuries or accidents
    • You indemnify platform against claims related to your venue

    14. Dispute Resolution

    • Platform will mediate user-owner disputes
    • Cooperate with dispute resolution process
    • Provide documentation when requested
    • Resolution decisions are binding

    15. Changes to Terms

    • We may update these terms at any time
    • You will be notified 30 days before changes take effect
    • Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms
